Specialist PS5 HDMI Port Replacement

Identifying a Damaged HDMI Port
If your console powers on normally but your TV displays a "No Signal" message, the HDMI port is likely the culprit. Here is where the port is located on the back of your console:
Upon closer inspection with a flashlight, you might notice visible physical damage. If the golden pins inside look mangled, pushed back, or the black plastic housing inside the port is chipped, the port will need to be replaced. Here is an example of a severely damaged port from the outside:
Why Professional Micro-Soldering is Required
Replacing an HDMI port is not a simple plug-and-play fix. The port is directly soldered onto the console's main motherboard. As you can see from the internal view below, a damaged port often rips the mounting pads or bends the internal motherboard connections:
Repairing this requires specialized micro-soldering equipment and expertise to safely melt the old solder, remove the broken port, and install a brand new one without damaging the surrounding microscopic components.
⚠️ Warning: Please do not attempt to straighten bent pins with a needle or knife! This frequently causes short circuits that can permanently destroy the console's internal display chip (the Panasonic retimer IC). Bring it to us for a safe, professional fix.
